What brand of shirts do you print on?
We print exclusively on American Apparel's fine jersey (100% cotton) short sleeve t-shirts.
What size shirt should I order?
Refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the relevant product page in our online shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via secure online servers that use the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal and Stripe securely share your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unopened shirts can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

How long will delivery of my order take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
